POLICY:

All sales are final. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges, such as our items are made as they are ordered. 

PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING DETAILS:

All items are made as they are ordered, therefore there is a processing time which our shop follows. Current processing time is set for 8 to 10 business days, this DOES NOT include weekends or holidays! After the 8 to 10 business day period is completed, your order will be shipped to the address you’ve provided (double-check info is correct). The shipping/traveling period does not include the processing time! 

Due to potentially out-of-stock inventory or other uncontrollable issues, there may be a delay in arrival time, in that case, you will be notified! Please be sure to have a proper email that way, if needed, we may be able to assist you with information. 

Once an order has been dropped off at the proper mailing service, Leio Label is no longer responsible for the item(s). Contact the mailing service with the tracking number provided with your order if there is any issue with the delivery of your package. If it appears that your package has been lost or unsuccessfully delivered, contact the postal service that was used to make a claim. If you provide Leio Label with a claim number we will be more than happy to fulfill that missing package.

If for any reason we have failed to get your order to you within a timely manner, please reach out to us. We do the best we can to ensure your order has arrived, but there can be hiccups that we may miss. We are a small business, that runs on just a handful of helpers to make all this possible! We can definitely make errors that we may not catch. We’ll always be happy to help. 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT CHECKOUT

Terms and conditions at checkout is stating that as our customer, you’ve noticed our processing + shipping information, and are accepting to wait the time period which is included. 

If any attempts of chargebacks are made, we will include our processing time agreement as a policy to your form of payment company!

 

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of placing an order with our shop if you need to update any personal information! Such as; shipping address, email or phone number linked to your order. 

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When creating each and every order, we take proper steps to ensure we provide great quality to our customers but errors can occur in the production steps of creating our products. Please contact our shop within 5 business days that way we can correct our mistake! To open a claim for a damaged product, contact our customer service email.

REFUNDS


If a refund process is in place due to a claim, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
